As a Product Management Advisor in the Innovation and Software-Enabled Services team, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of network migration analytics, custom software solutions, and next-generation services globally. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead product strategy, requirements gathering, value proposition development, ROI generation, and collaboration with development organizations for our software offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy for network migration analytics, custom software solutions, and software-enabled services, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with development organizations to translate customer requirements into product features and specifications.
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering from customers, sales teams, and market research to inform product development.
- Develop compelling value propositions for new software offerings based on customer needs and market trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmap and features.
- Collaborate with marketing to create sales enablement materials and go-to-market strategies.
- Drive ROI generation by analyzing business metrics, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
- Champion customer-centric product development by integrating feedback into service roadmap plans.
- Represent the product line in strategic planning sessions and contribute to revenue growth initiatives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and assess market trends.
- Educate sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiation.
- Collaborate with product owners to create tailored service offerings that meet customer needs and drive revenue.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve offerings.
- Ensure alignment of product strategy with business objectives and customer requirements.
- Support global stakeholders by providing product expertise and guidance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-7+ years of experience in product management within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of driving product strategy, gathering requirements, and value proposition development.
- Background in software and with an understanding of software-enabled services.
