Advisor, Organizational Development Human Services

Join our team as an Advisor, Organizational Development Human Services at Region of Peel.

Position Details

• Status: 1 Contract Full Time (13 Months)
• Salary Range: $103,177 – $128,969 per annum (plus benefits)
• Work Mode: Hybrid (minimum two days on-site per week)
• Location: 10 Peel Centre Dr., Brampton, Ontario
• Hours: 35 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultation on departmental development and training
• Facilitate training needs assessments and develop departmental learning strategies
• Collaborate with leadership to identify and plan learning and OD priorities
• Advise on learning strategies, delivery methods, and vendor management
• Design and lead large-scale development programs for change initiatives
• Assess root causes of team challenges and recommend interventions
• Prepare strategy documents, reports, and learning materials
• Conduct evaluations of training programs

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Adult Education, or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience in organizational development and learning program design
• Experience with vendor management, change management, curriculum design, and e-learning (Articulate Storyline is an asset)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quick learner of new technologies
