A leading company in the financial services sector is seeking a marketing advisor to develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to member needs. The role involves analyzing market trends, advising clients, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant field and strong communication skills in both French and English.
As a marketing advisor, you help develop and update the organization’s products and services to meet member/client needs and support business development. You analyze market needs and develop and implement product and service marketing strategies.You advise and assist clients and partners and develop tools, methods and processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work.You propose recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business.You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:
Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes
Help develop and implement objectives, solutions, policies, programs and action plans
Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience

Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with english-speaking partners, members and/or clients
