Job description

• Pay Rate must be $43.27/hr T4/staff

• Duration: 1 year with a potential for extension up to 14 months

• Location: North York, ON or Chatham, ON - HYBRID 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Note: 4 to 8 years of progressive business experience, preferably in energy conservation marketing/program design/execution and program management, is suitable. Do not submit candidates who are too senior for this role.

Must Have skills/experience:

• Related university degree (preferred in Business, Economics, Environmental Studies, or a related field)

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive business experience, preferably in energy conservation marketing, program design/execution, and program management

• Project and budget management skills

• Strong communication and leadership abilities, including change management

• Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated through a proven ability to identify solutions to complex challenges
