Role Summary:

This role requires Securities licensing. Advisors in the Corporate Channel deliver proactive financial planning and advice, focusing on the IG Living Plan. The position offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary, bonus, benefits, and pension. It is primarily remote, with opportunities to work from regional offices, and involves serving existing clients and earning uncapped variable income.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing holistic financial plans covering all aspects of clients' financial lives
• Identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships while adhering to regulatory guidelines
• Providing excellent service to existing clients (85%) and growing the client base (15%)
• Utilizing digital tools to enhance efficiency and service
• Managing daily priorities, client contacts, proactive campaigns, and retention activities
• Using reporting and analysis to identify future business opportunities

Qualifications:

• Securities licensed
• 3+ years of client-facing financial planning experience
• Strong relationship-building and sales skills
• University degree in a relevant field
• LLQP and Provincial Insurance licensing
• Proficiency with digital tools, CRM, and financial planning software
• CFP designation or willingness to pursue within 2 years (preferred)
• Understanding of the industry and market issues
• Customer service orientation, capable of virtual client interactions
• Team player, systematic approach, thrives in supportive environments
• Bilingual in French and English, supporting clients and team members in Quebec
