The Human Resources (HR) Advisor, Distribution Center and Warehouses, is a generalist role that supports operational teams on employee labor relations, health and safety, recruitment, engagement, planning, and training.

As a partner to the management team, the HR Advisor provides advice and guidance, delivering the tools and knowledge managers need to support their development. This position responds to employee complaints, manages daily employee relations, and participates in initiatives to ensure engagement, all while upholding company values and ethics.

About the role: Advisor, Human Resources

Provide human resources advice and act as the first point of contact for distribution center and warehouse inquiries related to HR questions. You will manage health and safety complaints, support committees, monitor statistics, and help implement actions that align with provincial laws and company guidelines.

The role includes participation in external recruitment and support for internal recruitment, onboarding and retention interviews, maintaining and updating the HR management system, and participating in HR and company projects. You will also ensure teams work according to company HR guidelines and that policies are compliant and consistent across the business.
