Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment? If so, we are seeking an Advisor, Workday HCM who will provide data-focused functional expertise for both operations and projects. As a member of the HR Data & Technology Support team, you will be a trusted resource to the business and the HR Solutions team with a focus on data conversion, data transformation and bridging the space between Workday functional configuration and Workday data. Your depth of experience in EIBs, Data Conversion and Data Transformation is well grounded on functional configuration knowledge of Workday HCM in a variety of modules which could include HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, Time, Absence, Learning or Talent.

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
