Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in financial services.
• Valid Life Insurance Agent license in the province.
• Mutual Fund license or able to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong leadership and coaching capability.
• Bilingual French/English required for frequent interactions.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit developing advisors.
• Onboard and train new advisors.
• Coach on prospecting, sales cycles, cross-selling.
• Monitor activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Achieve recruiting and production metrics.
