The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and experienced Global Organizational Development Advisor to join our team. This strategic role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing global programs that support employee growth and organizational success. The advisor ensures our workforce is equipped with the skills, resources, and opportunities to reach their potential, aligned with our culture of performance, growth, and development.
The Role
Learning & Development Strategy
- Contribute to designing and leading the implementation of our global learning and development strategy aligned with business and talent priorities.
- Partner with HR, TMBPs, and business leaders to understand development needs and translate them into scalable learning solutions.
- Design and facilitate learning programs (in-person, virtual, digital) across various capabilities.
- Oversee global leadership programs and engage with graduates for their ongoing development.
LMS Management & Governance
- Own the global Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring adoption, consistency, and data integrity across regions.
- Lead change management initiatives related to LMS usage and ensure alignment with global standards.
- Develop reports to monitor LMS engagement and identify improvement areas.
- Leverage LMS to promote internal learning and development.
Career Development & Pathing
- Design and implement a global career pathing framework supporting internal mobility and succession planning.
- Partner with leaders and HR to embed career development into talent practices.
Talent Analytics & Impact Assessment
- Use analytics to measure the effectiveness of L&D and OD initiatives.
- Develop dashboards and reports on development progress, learning trends, and capability gaps.
- Report on global learning data to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy.
- Make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support other global organizational development initiatives as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or organizational development in a global context.
- Experience designing scalable learning programs and managing LMS platforms.
- Experience in large, matrixed, multicultural organizations is preferred.
- Strong program management and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Strategic thinking with strong execution and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with HR systems and data analysis tools.
- Collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English and French; additional language skills are a plus.
