A leading educational institution is seeking an expert in Talent Management to oversee complex performance evaluation projects. The role involves collaboration, innovative problem-solving, and the management of performance data systems. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and extensive experience in education or performance evaluation.
The incumbent delivers at a high level of competency in the Talent Management Department working on unusually complex problems and provides solutions that are highly innovative and ingenious, achieving quality and work process improvement. The incumbent oversees projects to refine current performance evaluation models as well as projects and plans to develop new systems and models for performance evaluation utilizing data analysis, research, stakeholder feedback and emerging best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education or closely related field plus an additional 5 years related experience, or equivalent, for a total education/experience of 9 years. Experience as a teacher, principal, or in performance evaluation. Demonstrated ability in excellent execution and project management skills, including ability to balance the big picture with detailed steps.
Degree Equivalency Formula:
Bachelor’s Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience.
Master’s Degree= 2 years plus required years of experience. Where Master’s degrees are required, years for Bachelor’s Degrees must be included.
