Our Sobeys Total Rewards Team is currently looking for a Compensation Advisor to support our compensation programs and year end process, while managing the integrity of critical employee data and supporting an HRIS implementation.
If you have experience working with compensation data and HR systems implementations and eager to build and grow with us, then this role is for you. This is a hybrid role and there is an in-office requirement of 3 times a week.
