About the Role
The Senior Advisor, Case Work Excellence (SA, CWE) is responsible for enhancing consistent performance and behaviors of others for all aspects of service delivery through day-to-day coaching of case workers (or other positions as required). This role contributes to continuous quality improvement and enables service excellence through building competencies in applying legislation, policies, procedures, service provider contracts, and practices in our core business of return-to-work management and prevention.
The SA, CWE introduces positive and lasting change by identifying areas for individual development, devising short and long-term goals, and supporting individuals to achieve or exceed performance standards through regular and timely feedback and coaching conversations. This position enhances performance and helps build employee skill and independence.
The SA, CWE is responsible for developing individual coaching plans with the Manager and individual case workers, monitoring the application of skills and behaviors, and providing regular and timely feedback in the context of coaching conversations.
Your Experience & Skills
We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $76,530 - $95,565.
