Navacord is seeking an Advisor, Auto Insurance to join our New Westminster branch in-office team. You will deliver personalized insurance solutions, process renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, and engage with clients to build trust and long-term relationships.
You will review client coverage, recommend Navacord products, and work towards sales and retention targets while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of client information. ICBC licensing duties may be required.

Individuals working out of a branch with ICBC Driver's Licensing will be required to perform ICBC licensing duties such as manage bookings, scheduling exams, identification and documentation, and other administrative responsibilities, as necessary.
Additional duties and responsibilities may be added during the course of employment.

The salary range for this role is $43,000-$50,000 per year, plus commissions. Compensation is determined by a combination of factors including a candidate's experience, job-specific knowledge, and skills. Internal equity to ensure fairness across the organization and region/location is also considered.
