iA Financial Group (Industrial Alliance) is seeking an Advisor, AI Solutions Architecture to design scalable architectures enabling AI, automation, and data initiatives. You’ll assess scenarios, manage risks, and ensure alignment with technology directions while integrating security and governance with cross‑functional partners.

The role requires collaboration with designers, developers, and analysts and involves advancing reusable patterns and responsible AI practices in a hybrid Canadian

Qualifications

• Expertise in solution architecture, application integration, and data.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, AI, and automation.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Intermediate English and advanced French for collaboration with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Design pragmatic, secure, and scalable architectures for AI, automation and data initiatives.
• Evaluate solution scenarios and recommend options based on value, risk, cost and complexity.
• Ensure decisions align with technology directions and governance.
• Incorporate security, compliance, and operational requirements across solutions with cross‑functional teams.
• Support planning, dependencies, risks, and solution reviews with architecture forums.
• Advise designers and developers on key technical decisions while promoting best practices.
• Contribute to reusable models and accelerators to speed delivery and value.
• Identify opportunities in generative AI and advanced analytics and contribute to responsible AI implementation.

• Design pragmatic, secure, and scalable solution architectures that meet business needs and delivery priorities, and define the most appropriate technology approaches for AI, automation, and data initiatives;
• Evaluate multiple solution scenarios and recommend the most promising options based on business value, risks, costs, and complexity;
• Ensure technology decisions remain aligned with the organization's technology and architectural directions;
• Integrate security, compliance, governance, and operational requirements into proposed solutions while collaborating with architecture, security, infrastructure, and platform partners;
• Support teams in planning and sequencing work, identifying dependencies, impacts, and risks, and participating in solution reviews and architecture forums;
• Advise designers, developers, and analysts on key technical decisions while promoting architecture, integration, and automation best practices;
• Contribute to the development of reusable models, patterns, and accelerators that simplify delivery and help accelerate business value creation;
• Support the identification of opportunities related to generative AI, automation, and advanced analytics, assess their impacts on processes, data, and technology assets, and contribute to the implementation of responsible, secure, and sustainable AI solutions.

• Demonstrates knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, and automation;
• Has knowledge of technology security and governance, as well as experience working in Agile delivery environments;
• Has an intermediate level of English proficiency, as the role involves participating in meetings and reviewing or producing documentation with English-speaking teams on a regular basis;
• Has an advanced level of French proficiency, as the role requires communicating, collaborating, and producing documentation in French with business partners and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
