BC Ferries is seeking a detail-oriented Advisor for Abilities Management in Victoria or Vancouver. This role focuses on employee support through disability management and safe return-to-work processes. The right candidate will have proven expertise in managing complex health-related cases within legislative frameworks and collective agreements.

We are searching for compassionate, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable Advisor, Abilities Management to join our team and help ensure our employees feel supported through illness, injury, and their safe return to work. You will be responsible for employee-facing adjudication of Short-Term Illness and Injury Plan (STIIP) claims, as well as the coordination of Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) cases across a dedicated portfolio. Your work will help shape a healthy, productive workforce while aligning with our values, collective agreements, and legislative responsibilities.

Additional information
The target salary range is $83,500 - $104,300 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience, and internal equity.
