Job summary

Nolinor Aviation in Sainte-Monique, QC, is seeking a motivated Aircraft Maintenance Technician for the ACA program. You will support maintenance of aircraft systems and progress toward Transport Canada TEA accreditation.

Expect a rotating schedule, travel across Canada and internationally, and a comprehensive benefits package. French and English proficiency required; DEC in aircraft maintenance preferred.

Qualifications

• DEC in aircraft maintenance is required.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in French and good command of English to understand technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on aircraft systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic).
• Inspect, repair and replace defective components.
• Write technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on aircraft mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems;
• Inspect, repair and replace defective or damaged components using tools, manuals, gauges and test equipment;
• Write technical reports;
• Check aircraft structural and mechanical systems and ensure they meet Transport Canada and company performance and safety standards;

Required skills

• You hold a DEC in aircraft maintenance and 0 to 3 years of relevant experience;
• You are flexible to work a 5-4-4 rotating schedule (5 days on, 4 days off, 4 days on);
• You have a valid driver's license and a passport (or are able to obtain one);
• You are willing to travel occasionally across Canada and internationally as operational needs require;
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office;
• You are proficient in French (spoken and written) and have a good command of English to understand technical manuals.
