Responsibilities:

Main Duties:

  • Receive and inspect incoming goods for damages or discrepancies.
  • Sort, label, and store products efficiently to optimize warehouse space.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment or customer pickup.
  • Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery (must be certified).
  • Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazards or concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Health, Safety And Environment:
  • Immediately stop work and report serious safety risks.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
  • Support efforts to maintain a safe workplace and minimize environmental impact.
  • Participate in safety training and initiatives.
Quality:
  • Comply with all procedures and quality standards.
  • Report product or process issues to avoid rework or added costs.
  • Inspect shipments for damage, inaccuracies, or quality concerns.
  • Segregate items that fail to meet quality standards.
Delivery:
  • Handle and organize incoming/outgoing shipments with accuracy.
  • Use manual or automated tools to pick and ship products quickly and correctly
  • Meet required productivity and quality targets.
Teamwork:
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support departments.
  • Remain adaptable and assist other areas when needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of safety, quality, and processes.
  • Keep work areas and equipment clean and operational.
  • Assist in identifying and addressing equipment issues.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Certified forklift operator.
  • Safety-conscious and physically fit for warehouse work.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and capable of working independently.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good judgment and common sense in day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Qualification And Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Forklift certification required.
