The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Mental Health and Addictions, the Advanced Practice Leader (APL), Education and Training, provides strategic direction, leadership, and support for education and training across the MHA program. The APL will oversee professional development, identify educational needs, develop educational frameworks, and support initiatives aligned with the program’s strategic goals. Collaboration with managers, educators, and staff is essential to meet professional development goals, and the APL will support program evaluation, research, and competency development.
Hours of Work
8:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday (some flexibility may be required)
