Qualifications

Licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider in North Carolina (APRN/PA).
Board certification if required by the department; DEA registration.

Responsibilities

Clinical: obtain health history, perform physicals, order and interpret tests, develop treatment plans.
Education: educate patients and families regarding medical conditions and follow-up.
Leadership: precept, teach, and participate in community outreach and system improvements.
Professional: communicate respectfully with patients and staff and ensure timely care.
Quality/Research: engage in continuous quality improvement and protocol development.
