Pratt & Whitney Canada in Longueuil, QC is seeking a Team Lead, Supply Chain to guide Account Specialists and Material Planners. The role focuses on coordinating tactical operations, coaching staff, and driving improvement initiatives in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Applicants should have a Bachelor or Master with relevant experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with MRP/ERP processes; SAP knowledge is an asset. This is a full-time, on-site position in Longueuil.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master degree with relevant experience in supply chain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP processes and procurement experience is a plus.
• Experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee team tactical operations to meet business objectives.
• Coach and mentor Account Specialists and Material Planners.
• Lead KPI reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Value Stream Manager to align priorities.
• Represent the team in enterprise delivery assurance meetings.

Formação académica

Bachelor degree with 4 to 7 years of experience
