Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada, based in Longueuil, Quebec, is seeking a Team Lead, Supply Chain to guide Account Specialists and Material Planners in delivering value streams. The role is on-site, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours.

You will drive KPI reviews, coach staff, coordinate with stakeholders, manage workloads, and support the Value Stream Manager, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 4–7 years of experience or Master with 2–5 years.
• Extensive knowledge of systems and Material Requirements Planning (MRP); SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and leading Value Stream Tier shortage reviews.
• Representing the team in enterprise delivery assurance meetings with internal stakeholders.
• Overseeing teams KPIs, organizing regular reviews and driving improvement initiatives.
• Coaching and mentoring Account Specialists on procurement processes and supplier strategies.
• Standing in as Value Stream Manager backup during vacations or travel.
