Qualifications

• Experience as Heat Treat Operator or strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret production prints.
• Must be able to pass Canadian Controlled Goods Assessment and ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and monitor all department heat treat furnaces.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process problems and take corrective action.
• Control distortion and optimize furnace load efficiency.
• Process parts through furnaces according to heat treat specifications.
• Perform routine dimensional, hardness and ferromat inspections.
