You will develop and refine protocols, train staff, and contribute to successful experiments while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with laboratory analysis experience
• Alternative: high school with 4+ years related experience
• Equivalent education/experience may be considered

Responsibilities

• Follow experimental designs established by scientists or senior staff
• Operate flow cytometers, centrifuges, and FACS instruments
• Perform routine and specialized lab procedures under supervision
• Calibrate and maintain equipment; replace parts as needed
• Develop and refine protocols and SOPs
• Conduct literature searches to support experiments
• Train and orient new staff and students
• Prepare purchase orders and maintain supplies
