We partner with companies including OpenAI, Meta, and Microsoft to enable advanced generative AI models to provide accurate responses and advanced reasoning capabilities.

We are seeking advanced Chemistry experts to teach AI how to interpret and solve complex problems by:

  • Evaluating AI-generated content for factual accuracy and relevance in Chemistry.
  • Developing and answering Chemistry-related questions to refine AI understanding.
  • Assessing and ranking AI responses based on scientific rigor.
Required Expertise and Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher (PhD preferred) in Chemistry or a related field (can be currently enrolled).
  • Strong research background, including peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions.
  • Proficiency in English reading and writing with minimal errors.
  • Bonus: AI model training experience is helpful but not required.
Payment
  • Pay rates range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, depending on location and expertise.
  • Opportunities for higher-paying research projects based on performance.

Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project needs, and other factors. Higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For initial onboarding or overtime phases, lower rates may apply. Some projects include incentive payments. Review payment terms for each project.
