Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager of AQP Training Design, the Training Design Manager collaborates with pilots and SMEs to design and deliver performance-driven, engaging, and innovative training solutions. This role utilizes instructional systems design (ISD) methodology in line with the Advanced Qualifications Program (AQP) standards to meet training requirements.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in adult education or workplace, preferably in a technical field; University degree or college certificate in Adult Learning or similar is required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools (preferably Articulate Storyline 360), Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign), or similar tools.
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable training content.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and task prioritization.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with SMEs and various stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Innovative, enthusiastic, and willing to take on challenges.
• Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.
