Adult Day Program Assistant – Finch (Stormont)

The Opportunity: Adult Day Program Assistant Permanent

Reporting to the Supervisor, the ADP Assistant provides personal support to individuals in the Day Program within the framework of Carefor policies and procedures and collaborates closely with members of the program team with the planning and implementation of program activities.
