10+ years of relevant experience with Adobe Campaign Classic Implementation, etc.

Responsibilities

Provide Implementation consultancy, Customer Assistance, and post-implementation support to Adobe Campaign clients in their deployment and use of Adobe Campaign solution. Specifically (but not limited to):

1. Work with Clients to assess requirements, configure & design Adobe Campaign to meet customer business needs by understanding their database architecture and setting up ETL and data flows.
2. Configure the Adobe Campaign solution to meet customer requirements, including Campaigns setup and building web pages using scripting.
3. Develop customer-specific solutions where necessary and document them.
4. Proactive problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution.
5. Create implementation plans for new and existing clients.
6. Knowledge transfer and training to customers on the implemented solutions.
7. Product installations, upgrades, and configuration activities.
8. Reporting on project delivery to Project Management and managing smaller projects independently.
9. Build strong working relationships with the Onshore Consulting team, adopting best practices globally.
10. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations.
11. Act as a development lead contact with Digital Marketing Consultants.
12. Learn multiple Adobe Digital Marketing Solutions and provide multi-product enablement and integration solutions to strategic clients.
13. Work with Digital Marketing Consultants to recommend solutions regarding Digital Marketing Suite implementations.
14. Support team members through mentoring and training.
15. Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure high-quality business consulting services.

Required Skills

1. Expertise and experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
2. Programming experience (Javascript / Java / VB / C# / PHP).
3. Knowledge of web technologies like HTML and CSS is a plus.
4. Good communication skills for effective customer interaction and documentation.
5. Self-motivated, organized, and highly motivated.
6. Fast learner with the ability to learn new technologies and languages.
7. Knowledge of HTML DOM manipulation and page load events is a plus.
8. Project management skills are a plus.
9. Ability to develop creative solutions to problems.
10. Able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
11. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
12. Experience leading team members is a plus.
