Overview

We\'re growing and looking to add a Sr. Adobe Experience Manager [AEM] Developer to our team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience analyzing, implementing, maintaining, and updating applications running on the AEM platform as well as alternative content management systems and technologies. You know AEM; you know its strengths, potential pitfalls, and you revel in designing and interpreting a platform architecture that squeezes the most from the system while maintaining scalability, performance and delivering a best-in-class user experience.

Responsibilities
  • Configure the AEM platform to address requirements around access and user management and system stability, providing a robust and secure system ready for and oriented towards future growth
  • Work with internal and client UX/UI teams to design and develop AEM components, templates & workflows against provisioned requirements, specifications and designs
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams, system architects, and front-end developers to implement both server-assembled and headless templates and components and integrate with external services and platforms
  • Work as part of the marketing technology team to connect AEM into the broader Adobe marketing cloud, assisting with configuration, debugging and monitoring of system stability and robustness
  • Assist with the estimation of new work based on your experience with past projects and understanding of emerging technology and address questions / concerns with ongoing work. While not a client-facing role you\'ll be an invaluable resource to untangle complex issues and simplify technology for our partners
Qualifications
  • 4+ years\' experience developing sites and services on the Adobe Experience Manager platform, preferably in on-site / Managed services and Cloud configuration
  • Deployment experience with both local and cloud manager CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience writing unit tests for OSGI Services, Sling Servlets, Sling Models, Workflows, and Event Listeners
  • Proficiency in Touch UI, Sightly, and HTML
  • Proficiency in AEM Editable Templates such as Page/Component policies and the AEM style system
  • 8+ years in a web development role implementing full-stack solutions of varying scales and complexity
  • Extensive experience with modern front-end frameworks and technologies
  • Desirable: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
