Northern Ontario (Kirkland Lake / Timmins Region) | Full-Time

Are you passionate about helping others take the first step toward a better future? Join Career College Group as an Admissions Representative — where your work connects students with career-focused education that truly makes an impact.

In this role, you'll lead recruitment for our Personal Support Worker (PSW) Living Classroom partnership with Extendicare in Kirkland Lake and Timmins. You'll also support enrollment into our hybrid and fully online programs across Medix College and North American Trade Schools.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit students into the PSW Living Classroom, hybrid, and online programs.
  • Build strong relationships within the local community to grow enrollment.
  • Respond quickly to student inquiries, book appointments, and conduct admissions interviews.
  • Guide prospective students through the admissions process with clarity and care.
  • Track leads and follow up consistently using our CRM system.
  • Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to team success.
  • Facilitate, attend, and manage trade show booths to promote Medix College/NATS within the community.

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Familiarity with Northern Ontario communities and ability to travel between Kirkland Lake and Timmins.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is an asset).
