Job description

CanScribe Career College is looking for a high-functioning Sales Representative to join our team. If you have a proven track record in selling and are interested in the education field, we want to hear from you. We offer a competitive base salary and extremely attractive commission structure, which can earn you well over $100k per year if you have the sales experience we are looking for.

You specialize in building meaningful relationships with the leads we provide, understand buying signals, and have high conversion rates.

You will be directly involved on the front lines of communication with potential students via email, phone, and live chat. You will also guide prospective students through the application and student loan processes and develop government agency relationships to expand our market. This position is inside sales, almost entirely based on the phone and over email. A successful admissions representative can build strong relationships remotely.

Core competencies include :

• Solid tech skills and above-average working knowledge in MS Office, CRMs, and other software
• Top-notch support and sales skills
• Superior judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent personality and attitude to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great with deadlines and knowledge of regulatory practices
• Team player who can also work well individually
• A proactive personality who can roll up your sleeves and get the job done
• Experience in the private post-secondary field is a definite asset, but not a requirement
