Job Scope
Reporting to the Directors of Admissions, the Engagement Specialist is a critical role in support of the Admissions Advisors. The Engagement Specialist is the first to engage with prospects over the phone, email and / or text message. Additionally, the Engagement Specialist will act in support of events and promotional needs within the Admissions department. Our ideal candidate a self-starter, experienced in sales and telephone communications. They must be highly organized, energetic, an excellent communicator and driven by results.
