Summary of Position

WCCMT is looking for an energetic, confident, detail focused individual with strong organization, communication and writing skills. This position is mainly responsible for the coordination of admissions activities and processes at WCCMT Victoria as well as supporting the administration team.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Knowledge and skill in the recruitment and retention of prospective students
  • Strong follow up skills and ability to convert leads into applicants
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Exceptional organizational, attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong personal and inter-personal communication skills
  • Professional and responsible with the ability to work well with others and independently
  • Ability to take direction and meet deadlines

Experience: Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in a professional office setting. Previous experience working in admissions in a post-secondary institute is considered an asset.
