Reporting to the Associate Director, Admissions, the Admissions Coordinator is responsible for document management, ensuring our Admissions Advisors have the materials and tools needed to be successful in recruiting students, and liaising with the Registrar’s Office to ensure policies are followed. This position administers, processes, assists, and provides services to Admissions Advisors and Leadership, looking for ways to improve the student and/or colleague experience, in alignment with our corporate strategic imperatives. Specific responsibilities include document handling, compiling applicant files, data maintenance, and preparing reports as needed. This position is to backfill a maternity leave for 12-18 months from contract start. This is a hybrid role from our Fredericton Campus.
