Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Admissions Advisor located in Edmonton, AB. The Admissions Advisor will be responsible for communication, customer service, student recruiting, training, and sales activities on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent nurturing.

Sales and Enrollment:

  • Conduct personalized one-on-one consultations with prospective students to identify their goals and present programs tailored to their needs.
  • Articulate the benefits of our courses and guide students through the application process.
  • Meet or exceed enrollment targets and sales goals by proactively building relationships with prospective students.

Customer Service:

  • Deliver exceptional service by promptly addressing inquiries and providing professional support throughout the admissions process.
  • Maintain consistent communication with students to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to enrollment.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing and academic teams to create promotional materials and events that highlight our programs.
  • Represent Eminent College at local events, career fairs, and workshops to engage with prospective students.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track and analyze key enrollment metrics, providing regular reports on lead generation, conversion rates, and trends.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve the admissions process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Student Recruiting and Training

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills
