Job description

This position oversees the management of user access and account information within procurement systems. This involves maintaining corporate accounts for all departments within Alberta Health Services (AHS), including those for Grand & Toy and Amazon, as well as setting up external customer accounts for purchasing portals and accessing Oracle roles and responsibilities.

We are looking for 2 Administrative Assistants.

Responsibilities:
  • Proofing and formatting system access documents
  • Recording tracking information in Excel
  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Creating documents as required
  • Acting as point of contact for stakeholders
  • Providing contract administrative support to Contract Coordinators, including documentation, reporting, filing, contract maintenance, and monitoring
  • Reviewing requests from the AHS Contracting department
  • Processing and triaging all submitted requests
  • Supporting access to various online platforms
What you will need to succeed:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite tools
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Post-secondary education in office administration or a related field (nice to have)
  • 1 year of experience with MS 365 SharePoint Online admin portal and reporting (nice to have)
