PowerCo Canada Inc. is seeking a Vehicle Program Administrator for a 6-month contract in St. Thomas, Ontario. You will support the Corporate Vehicle Services team with vehicle ordering, lifecycle administration, and policy documentation, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors, drive process improvements, and manage data in vehicle management systems. Strong English communication and MS Excel skills are essential.

Your role and key responsibilities
The Vehicle Program Administrator (6-month contract) will support the Corporate Vehicle Services team by providing coverage during a staff leave and contributing to the enhancement of vehicle program administration, workflows, policies, and processes.
This position is in-person and located in the charming town of St. Thomas ON. This posting is for a currently vacant role.

Administrative & Program SupportSupport process improvements related to vehicle ordering, delivery, and surrender, including the creation of supporting tools and procedures.
