YOUR ROLE

Reporting to the Director, Information Technologies, this person will work closely in project mode with the various IT teams and operational sectors of the organization. He/she will also actively collaborate with service providers required in the execution of IT operational services. This person will be responsible for the support and evolution of Telefilm's servers and network and will be called upon to carry out various internal projects. He/she must have a strong ability to operate in a dynamic and changing environment. With a strong aptitude for learning, the person must have multidisciplinary technical knowledge in a cloud environment in which Telefilm uses Microsoft tools and Microsoft security solutions.

  • Maintain a permanent inventory of network components and recommend improvements
  • Audit configurations of FortiSwitch 448E-FPOE and 548 D and Fortigates 100F and 200F
  • Supervise the work of third-party service providers in integrating new security solutions
  • Plan upgrades and maintenance of hardware forming part of the overall architecture
  • Validate and document the effectiveness of preventive maintenance activities, license legalization and active network monitoring
  • Administer Office 365, SentinelOne, Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender tenants
  • Administer an Azure Cloud Platform across different regions
  • Support users in connection with cybersecurity events

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • DEC or BAC in computer science, network management or any other combination of equivalent and relevant experience
  • A minimum of five (5) years' experience in network and security administration and a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Microsoft Azure Cloud environment
  • Fortinet NSE 4 and/or NSE 5 certification required
  • Good knowledge of:
    • FortiClient EMS
    • Microsoft Windows Servers 2019 and Windows 10/11 workstation environments
    • Fortinet network technologies
    • Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies
    • IaaS, BaaS, SaaS and PaaS environments
    • Veeam and CommVault backup systems
    • Security frameworks and SOC 2, ISO 27001 or NIST or ITSG33 compliance
  • Experience in managing Antivirus, Antispam, EDR, SIEM and other security tools:
    • Periodic patching of critical network equipment, servers and workstations
    • Managing Office 365 Tenants
    • Conducting disaster recovery exercises
    • Vulnerability management on network equipment
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken, at CBC level
