ATS Traffic is seeking a skilled Traffic Control Administrator on a 6-month contract in Kelowna, BC. The role supports OSS Managers, Coordinators, and Dispatchers with opening, closing, and invoicing traffic control jobs, using strong customer service to address inquiries.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in the field, MS Office proficiency, and a keen eye for detail, confidentiality, and problem solving. A reliable vehicle is required for commute.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately on estimates and orders.
• Coordinate with OSS Managers, Coordinators, and Dispatchers on opening/closing/invoicing jobs.
• Email invoices and reconcile with customers.
• Respond to inquiries for estimates and orders.
• Resolve issues like lost equipment or missing info before closing/invoicing.
• Provide a positive customer experience and perform other admin duties as required.

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000, based on experience

About the Position

ATS Traffic is looking for a skilled contract Traffic Control Administrator to work with OSS Managers, Coordinators, and Dispatchers regarding opening, closing, and invoicing all traffic control jobs. The successful incumbent will utilize their customer service skills to address customer questions and concerns.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills in order to locate lost equipment, find missing information and documentation, and ensure all information is captured prior to closing and invoicing jobs. Strong computer skills and telephone etiquette is a must!

Responsibilities

Traffic Control Administration duties include, but are not limited to:

• Follow all processes to ensure data is entered correctly on estimates and orders
• Work with Traffic Control Manager, Supervisors, Administrator, Rental CSPs, Dispatcher, etc. regarding opening, closing, and invoicing all traffic control and rental jobs
• Customer service: emailing invoices, reconciling invoices with customers
• Handle inquiries for estimates and orders
• Problem-solving: lost equipment, missing information, missing documentation, etc. to ensure all information is captured before closing/invoicing the job
• Create a pleasant experience for customers by addressing questions and concerns
• Other administrative duties as required

It is essential that the applicant have a reliable vehicle to get to/from work each day as our location does not have Transit available.

Qualifications

• Experience using TCR and SalesPad would be an asset.

At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area

• High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator are a plus

Proficient in MS Office

• Possess high level of confidentiality
