Position Details: Full-time, Days, 37.50 hours/week, 2-week rotating schedule

Schedule:

  1. Week 1: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
  2. Week 2: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Pay Scale: $20.30 - $25.80 per hour

Location: Ottewell Place Lodge, 6207 92 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6B 0S3

Typical Duties: Performing general clerical tasks, data entry, reception duties, file maintenance using Record Information Management (RIM), processing invoices, ordering office supplies, preparing tenant rent reconciliations, staff scheduling, adjusting timecards, organizing staff training, responding to emergency calls, scheduling appointments, supporting managers and supervisors with project work, covering dining room and food services duties as needed, and other site-specific duties as assigned.

Experience and Education Preferences:

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a computerized office setting with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Experience working with seniors is an asset

Other Requirements:

  • Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license; submit a copy of the driver’s license
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact respectfully with everyone
  • Ability to meet deadlines and respond calmly to stressful situations
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
