Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence for group members, plan administrators and third parties.

• Respond to telephone and email inquiries from members.
• Communicate with third party vendors and medical staff.
• Book Paramedical Exams and order documentation from physicians.

OVERVIEW:

Under the direction of the Manager of Medical Underwriting, this 12-month temporary role is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Manager and all Medical Underwriters in accordance with the required standards, policies and procedures of the department.

In this hybrid role, you will be required to commute to the Edmonton office.
