Your role
Join the People & Culture team at the CBC / Radio-Canada on an exciting journey dedicated to administering leave of absence files while maximizing and optimizing the usage of our Workday platform. Our focus remains ensuring all requests are handled efficiently and in a timely manner. We are currently seeking a dynamic Absence Administrative Support level II to join our Shared Services team. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support for Disability and Long term absence files.
This role demands a strong understanding of our standard operations, HR Policies, collective agreements, tax legislation, labor standards and administrative procedures. Beyond these essential frameworks, the position also provides exciting opportunities to exercise independent judgment and decision making. The responsibilities involve effective coordination with colleagues inside or outside the unit and may include assigning work to junior team members and reviewing their work.
