A local Vancouver success story is seeking an organized Administrative Support professional to join their Legal Operations team. This 1-year contract role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating travel for Legal Directors, and improving operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience in a legal setting is a plus, and strong Microsoft Office proficiency. Compensation is $31-32.70/hr plus vacation pay. The position is onsite for 3 days a week with 2 remote days.

We're looking for someone who not only has strong coordination skills, including experience managing complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders but who also brings genuine enthusiasm, initiative, and a desire to actively contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

This role is a 1-year contract with potential for extension if performance and business needs align.

What- The Role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to join our Client’s Legal Operations team and provide critical support to multiple Legal Directors. Your day-to-day will include managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, and facilitating team meetings and communications. You’ll also play a key role in organizing legal resources, triaging incoming requests, and helping to streamline operational processes. A strong candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Maintain calendars for 5+ Legal Directors.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries; support planning and logistics for team meetings and events.
  • Provide administrative and project support, including maintaining legal resources on SharePoint.
  • Triage and route incoming legal requests through our intake system (ServiceNow).
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of intake and triage workflows.
  • Draft and distribute internal communications such as meeting invites, agendas, and team-wide updates.
Who – The Candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, required.
  • Experience in a legal department or law firm operations preferred but not required.
  • Self-directed with a strong work ethic; capable of working independently with limited supervision.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word and help supporting quick-turn presentations and meeting requests.
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
How much:

$31-32.70/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay.

Where:

Vancouver, this role is onsite 3 days/week, 2 remote days.
