The Accounts Payable Contact Centre may be the job for you! It serves as the first point of contact for support and inquiries for all internal and external customers of accounts payable. Our agents provide customer service via phone and email (no face-to-face interaction). We handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails in a fast-paced environment. As a Contact Centre Agent, you will deliver helpful, timely, and professional responses and support. Knowledge of accounts payable processes, effective communication, and keyboarding skills are beneficial. Our primary customers are suppliers, employees, and physicians. The team responds to inquiries such as invoice or payment status and provides navigation support on finance systems and processes. This position offers on-site or remote work options within Alberta, subject to manager approval, operational needs, collective agreement, and your ability to meet remote work conditions. The initial training will be on-site in Red Deer, with the transition to remote work at the supervisor's discretion.

Minimum Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months’ experience in a contact centre providing customer service by phone and email (or similar environment). Plus, at least 2 years’ experience with high-volume invoice processing in Oracle E-Business Suite (or similar ERP systems like Oracle Fusion Cloud, SAP, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains) OR a post-secondary accounting or business administration diploma in accounting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with contact centre software systems, Adobe Acrobat or similar PDF editing software (Nitro Pro, Foxit PDF Editor), and intermediate Excel skills.
