Experience: Entry level

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $26.07 to $31.68 per hour

Shift: Days, 7.75 hours, every two weeks, Saturday and Sunday off

About the Role

In this role, you will provide administrative support and reception duties for Allied Health and Public Health departments at the Slave Lake Healthcare Centre and Lakeland Centre.

Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced administrative tasks supporting complex procedures and initiatives
  • Assist with department-specific operations and documentation
Qualifications
  • Some post-secondary education, such as courses in office or business administration, or medical office assistance
  • Preferred: Strong interpersonal skills, experience with Connect Care and other computer programs

This position is unionized under AUPE GSS and is classified as Administrative Support IV. The primary location is Slave Lake Community Mental Health. The position is available starting May 15, 2025, with the posting ending on May 5, 2025.
