Your Opportunity:

This role provides expert training and access support, advice, direction, and administrative support for all stakeholders involved in the Connect Care Program/Systems. The Connect Care Learning Support team will work in partnership within and across diverse clinical, medical, and corporate service areas within AHS, partner organizations, vendors, and other external stakeholders to support the Connect Care program and systems.

As an Administrative Support IV, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices, and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Some post-secondary education.

Additional Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with LMS as an administrator and end-user.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite including PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio, and Excel.
  • Proficiency with Support Ticketing systems, support environments, and IT access tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
  • Time-management and prioritization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Office Suite, SharePoint, LMS training (MyLearningLink Session Coordinator), Service Now or other ticketing system training.
