A leading healthcare center is seeking an Administrative Support II to provide essential administrative services within its Patient Service Centre. The role requires customer service experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office, alongside a commitment to supporting healthcare initiatives. As an Administrative Support II, you will require administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
Required Qualifications :
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications :
1-year of customer service experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
Relevant post-secondary education (E.g. Medical Office Assistant certificate). Medical Terminology and courses or training in customer service and or data entry. Demonstrated Microsoft Office computer skills.
