Avenida PSC is seeking an Administrative Support II to join our Patient Service Centre Community. You will provide essential administrative support, utilizing your skills in data entry and customer service within a healthcare environment. Relevant experience is preferred, particularly within clinical laboratories and knowledge of medical tests.
As an Administrative Support II, you will require administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.
Required Qualifications :
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications :
As Required.
Preferred Qualifications :
Relevant post-secondary education. Previous data entry experience within the last 6 months preferred. Training and experience in Epic Connect Care with CP Lab Assistant with Result Entry is preferred. Healthcare or clinical laboratory experience with knowledge of laboratory tests delivered. Medical Terminology, knowledge of medical laboratory testing. Experience, courses or training in customer service and / or data entry. Demonstrated Microsoft Office computer skills.
