Job description

We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Administrative Support professional to jump in and assist a busy team. This is a fully remote, Canada-based role supporting a company managing cross-border shipments. Recent changes have created a surge in activity — and we need an extra set of capable hands to help keep everything organized and running smoothly.

This is a 3 week contract starting on June 26th with potential for extension. Working hours are 7 am – 3 pm PST.

What You’ll Do:

  • Monitor and manage incoming emails throughFront(ticketing platform)
  • Assign, escalate, and respond to general inquiries
  • Flag urgent or high-priority messages to the leadership team
  • Apply common sense and initiative when managing customer tickets and inquiries — ensuring clear, consolidated communication
  • Learn new platforms and processes quickly with minimal handholding

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong technical skills — comfortable working in fast, cloud-based systems
  • Experience usingFrontor another ticketing/email management platform is required
  • Familiarity withG SuiteandSlackpreferred
  • Clear, professional communicator, both written and verbal
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
