Position Responsibilities
  • Perform general office duties: preparing and routing paperwork, filing, copying, emails, answering phones, routing calls, opening/distributing mail, greeting visitors.
  • Manage office supplies and assist faculty with purchasing, transportation, scheduling, personnel forms, and other administrative tasks.
  • Supervise student workers and respond to inquiries from students, staff, faculty, and the public.
  • Communicate professionally and maintain confidentiality.
  • Assist the Dean with projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. Administrative Specialist III requires one year of specialized training and three years of relevant experience. Other education/experience may be substituted with proper approval.

Additional Information

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and audio/video recording software. Knowledge of office equipment maintenance.
