Red Deer Catholic Regional Schools (RDCRS) is seeking exceptional candidates for administrative leadership positions within our school division. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong Catholic Christian leadership, a deep understanding of authentic learning strategies, and the ability to foster inclusive, learner-centered environments.

We are looking for individuals who possess :

Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities and thrives in collaborative team environments

Possesses a strong understanding of the critical role of instructional leadership in driving student success

Deeply values the importance of relationships and meaningful stakeholder engagement

Passionate about both teaching and lifelong learning

Must be a practicing Catholic with a current pastoral reference

Preference will be given to candidates with :

Demonstrated leadership experience

A Master’s degree in Education or a related field

Proven ability to lead educational change effectively
